That's probably your problem.  Most covers list the main region only even though they are in fact coded for multiple regions.

You should check your contributions and check the comments on the no votes.  Usually that will tell you what you're doing wrong.

so whats the point in trying to contribute only to be declined because what is read from the covers and most times from the cover scans provided onsite is wrong???

easily fixed i just don't contribute any further as the do's & don'ts are just a little to minute, kinda takes the fun out of it all, especially if it means getting real technical and not just taking the cover scans on face value

It's not just about being anal.  If a disc is marked for R1, but it's actually R1-4, then users in other countries can see that and know that the disc will work for them even if they're not R1.  Of course the fact that most people who buy discs from outside their region have multi-region players kind of makes that a moot point.  I'm not sure I remember exactly why we're doing it this way, but that's what people wanted.
