Steps to try: 1. Disable any download accelerators may be running. 2. Disable any pop-up blockers (proxy style especially) that may be running. If it allows for exceptions, add www.intervocative.com and static.intervocative.com. 3. Same as #2 but with software firewalls. 4. Check the settings under Tools->Options... Online tab. Especially check the proxy server settings if you are behind a corporate firewall. 5. Enable the "Use alternate Internet connection method" checkbox on the same screen. 6. Any combination of #1-4 with #5.
