Both of those references list Summit Entertainment as a production company which doesn't seem to be listed in the DVDP profiles. That explains the difference for CoO though Wikipedia isn't listing the US as countries.

Technically, DVDP stores both for profile lookup.

In Britain, Ltd. or Limited after the company name implies it's a private limited company which means it's a limited company (have limited liability).
