What happened to DVD Profiler

3 years ago I decided to get back into contributing, but found I had been moved from 4 star to restricted.
Was there a purge of inactive members. A server glitch. Tried contacting but no response.

Your account info says "Registered: April 3, 2026", so it looks like you registered a new free account rather than logging in with your old paid account. If so, that would explain your problems.
