| | Posted: | | | | We've instituted a new policy for participation in the profile contribution system. The features affected are profile contribution, contribution voting, and lock voting.
To participate in these features, your account email address must be verified. Email verification lasts one year, after which it must be reverified. Verification is done through the My Profiler section of this site.
In addition, free email addresses (such as yahoo, hotmail, and gmail) are restricted from participation in these features. This restriction is waived for premium registrants.
These changes are necessary to help ensure the integrity of the contribution and voting systems. |

I have folowed the Email confirmation process but it has me as Account Restricted in database section, need to confirm still, does this take some time at your end.

Skip - mine was instant - I even changed it to a my GMail account (a freebie) and that was instant as well. I guess your banned from the contribution process

Hm... it's not a problem for me (as it worked perfectly and I can contribute), but although I'm a premium user I had to verify my mail address. Is this a bug or a problem with my account? |
