How can I disable the media banners above the film covers?

Hi.

How can I disable the media banners (DVD, BD. UHD) above the film covers in DVD-Profiler?

Click on "Tools" then "Edit Media Types" then uncheck the "Use default banners" checkbox for each of the media types.

Or, if you only want to disable it for specific covers, right-click on the image, Edit Cover Images, Media Banner: Off.
