Studios: Changed to match the cover and the DVD credits.

Features: Added Feature Trailers because there are TV Spots. Removed Bloopers from Other Features because it cover under regular features.

Crew: Changed to match the film credits including dividers. BY per BY thread.
Removed: Recordist ... Gabriel Guy because there's a PSM.
Removed: Key West Unit. No Unit Crew per the rules.

Cast: Corrected spelling of Nazis in the 4th divider.

And the battle of unwritten location unit vs. location crew rages on. I really wish we had a specific rule to follow. Every time I tried to use location units, I was told if it says unit, it a no go, if it says crew, it's OK. It gets harder all the time to keep putting the time in on reaudits only to be told no one time and OK another. OK, I'm off my soapbox now.
